As an IT intern, you will:
- Assist with providing technical support to staff across departments (sales, marketing, production, etc.).
- Help resolve basic IT-related issues and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with server maintenance, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and securely.
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation, including user guides, system manuals, and other technical documentation.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates (preferably from Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field).
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and database management (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
- Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, networking, and server management is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
