Job Description
- Develop long-term vision and strategy for IT infrastructure in collaboration with the IT Group Head;
- Identify new technology needs and industry trends, and prepare the IT budget while allocating resources effectively with the IT Group Head;
- Ensure optimal performance of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage devices, and operating system software;
- Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure, and manage data and network security to prevent cyberattacks;
- Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to team members with the IT Group Head;
- Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and report to the IT Group Head.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology;
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT Infrastructure;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and virtualization;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps.
