Job Description
• Design, manage, and improve IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, security systems).
• Maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity across company locations.
• Monitor and optimize server, network, and system performance.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, firewalls, and network devices.
• Handle troubleshooting for infrastructure and network security issues.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
• Implement IT security policies, access control, and data protection measures.
• Perform system updates, patching, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support for internal users and IT projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, or IT Security.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Linux, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V),
and Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing, firewall).
• Experience with server, storage, backup, and monitoring tools.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, email systems, and domain management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work outside business hours when required.
• IT certifications are a plus.
