Job Description

  1. Provide daily helpdesk support to Vidio employees, addressing technical issues and inquiries.
  2. Assist in learning and training sessions related to network office tools and systems.
  3. Support the maintenance and management of asset management tools, ensuring that they are up-to-date and properly functioning.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills to assist and guide employees through technical issues.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with asset management tools and helpdesk software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
