Job Description
- Develop, review, and maintain IT-related policies, procedures, and SOP documents to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Support risk management activities, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation tracking.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring proper evidence collection and compliance reporting.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, local regulations).
- Work closely with IT, Cybersecurity, and other business units to embed compliance and governance requirements into daily operations.
- Manage and track compliance obligations with external clients and partners, ensuring timely responses to security/compliance questionnaires and assessments.
- Provide training and awareness to employees on governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging regulatory and industry compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT governance, risk, compliance, or related fields.
- Willing to work in WFO setting from Wisma 46, Central Jakarta.
- Proven experience in drafting and maintaining SOPs, policies, standards, and compliance documentation..
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, SOC 2, GDPR) is preferred.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices is a plus, but not required.
- Strong project management, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and with external parties.
