Responsibilities:
- Lead IT Implementation and Integration Project and Monitor project deployment stage.
- Implementation for: QC of solution before delivery, Implementation Action Plan, Requirement, Timeline, Documentation, UAT
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops for clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Support-Corrective and Maintence-Preventive (scheduled and incedent/problem)
- Prepare solution design, technical proposals, and preparation of relevant documentation
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and products to deliver the best solutions
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in IT engineering, Software Development, pre-sales Engineering, or a related field
- Experience as a Security Engineer is a huge plus.
- Strong technical knowledge
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Certification in AWS / any ERP software is a huge plus.
