Lead product development
- Technical leadership (front-end & back-end including mobile apps)
- Team working matrix, task list, product artifact (code, components, scipt, etc.)
- Hands on development activity, task assigment and monitoring, actively involve on development quality on daily basis
- Task assignment, code review
Lead team management
- Team communication & allocation
- Team working report
- Lead the development team in terms of development activity on daily basis
- Working instruction and monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years working as Software Developer
- Good communication in Bahasa and English
- Good team management and problem solving skills
