Job Description
1.Support departments in addressing digitalization needs, including utilizing Lark/Feishu
platforms to set up approval workflows, manage reports, and develop multi[1]
dimensional spreadsheet applications.
2.Assist in configuring and optimizing internal systems, forms, dashboards, and
lightweight development tools to improve operational efficiency.
3.Oversee procurement, registration, distribution, maintenance, upgrading, and disposal
of company IT hardware and software assets.
4.Provide daily technical support for office equipment, systems, and software to ensure
smooth business operations.
5.Monitor and explore AI tools and digital solutions to enhance productivity and
streamline workflows.
6.Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and user support logs.
Requirements
1.Higher National Diploma or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information
Management, or related field.
2.Eager to learn, with the ability to quickly master Lark/Feishu configuration and lightweight
development (e.g., forms and dashboards).
3.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4.Good communication skills, patient, responsible, and service-oriented mindset.
5.Able to provide hands-on technical support and work collaboratively with cross
functional teams.
6.Fluent in Mandarin HSK 4-5 Level (mandatory).
