Job Description
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the needs and propose digital transformation solutions.
- Develop and propose recommendation for process improvements, including the implementation of new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Lead the development and implementation of digital strategies to enhance efficiencies and productivities.
- Identify and assess potential risks in contracts, providing recommendations to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.
- Maintains documentation for identified risks and mitigation strategies. Proactively gathers and updates risk status and documentation as needed.
- Works with technology and business owners to analyze stakeholder expectation for projects based upon approved project requirements.
- Provide overall project administration: participates in program team meetings, proactively documents meeting minutes, track issues, decisions and action items, and follow up between meetings to drive issues to closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT/ Information System/Project Management or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships and influence cross-functional teams for project success.
- Experience in digital projects or IT industry is a plus.
- Preferred having knowledge on computer networking, hardware, software, documentation, and project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-learner, driven, curious, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in oral and written English
