Job Description
As an IT Business Analyst Intern, you will support the Business Analyst team in analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and bridging communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role provides hands-on experience in digital transformation projects and enterprise IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and process workflows.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and interviews with users to capture requirements.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of requirements.
- Help in creating test scenarios, UAT scripts, and participate in user acceptance testing.
- Conduct basic market research or benchmarking related to IT solutions and best practices.
- Provide administrative support such as meeting notes, documentation updates, and requirement tracking.
- Contribute ideas to improve business processes and efficiency through IT solutions.
Requirements
- Final year student or recent graduate majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of business processes, system development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT project management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/Lucidchart, or project collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive in taking initiatives.
