Job Description

Handle user requests by collecting detailed user requirements, analyze the requirement, and can give proposed solutions
Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers
Produce Functional Specification & UAT plan, prepare case tests and assist in user training and deployment preparation for the end users
Define application problem conferring with clients; evaluation procedures, and processes. Provide necessary troubleshooting and production supports when a breakdown occurs, and to immediately remedy the system when flaws are encountered
Ensure operation by training client personnel

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Having experiences 3 years in Software Documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT Scenarios)
Experience as Business Analyst is required
Required skill(s): SDLC, Analytical, Insurance
Have experience in Insurance Industry
Have experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server, Postgresql, mysql
Have a risk management certification with the level of applicable regulations
Have background knowledge about risk management or data management
Good Communication and Attractive Personality
Good English proficiency, especially in writing
