Job Description
- Business & Technical Requirement Management: Develop and document comprehensive business and technical requirements for IT projects.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze, identify, and translate business needs into clear and detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation for existing applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and external vendors) to ensure smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Testing & Implementation: Participate actively in testing phases and the implementation of IT solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Health/Life Insurance industry and its processes is a plus.
- SCRUM Framework: Experience working within the SCRUM framework and agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong technical and business analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Health and Life Insurance industry.
- Knowledge of SCRUM framework and agile development practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred.
