Job Description
- Support banking application projects relating to e-Channels
- Channels Integration and Postilion Application implementation and Support
- Management and support of the Bank’s Postilion Front End Processor (FEP), Postilion Navigator, Postilion Office, Postilion Realtime and other ancillary systems
- Timely resolution of e-Channel applications incidents raised within the agreed SLA
- Investigate of system anomaly and proffer a solution
- E-Channel applications testing
- Upgrade deployment / implementation
- Configure, install custom-developed e-channel applications
Requirements
- Bachelor in IT is preferred
- Experience in IT Apps Support at least for 2 years
- Good understanding IT Technical related matters, including IT Infrastructures (hardware/network/security), software’s (OS/Database/Aps), etc
- Good knowledge in Bank’s / FSI related applications, especially related with e-Channels/digital applications
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Team players and good at communicating with various of different teams
- Hardworking and can work under pressure
- Good in English (Verbal/ Written)
- Willing working onsite everyday (Jakarta Selatan area)
