As an IT Application Support, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the core banking system servers are working optimally.
- Performing real-time analysis, providing recommendations, and solving user issues.
- Coordinating effectively with internal teams and vendors to resolve problems.
- Applying business logic into system workflows.
- Communicating, analyzing, documenting, building, implementing, and maintaining reports based on user requests.

Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, Java, and MySQL.
- Familiar with Oracle Database and other related enterprise software.
- Good understanding of core banking systems (preferred).
