Job Description
- Support the day-to-day operations of IP creator accounts across campaigns and platform activities, including Products Assortment, Ads, Promotion supports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Creator managers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure the fulfillment of agreed Scope of Work (SOW), including monitoring content delivery and campaign milestones.
- Monitor creator account performance and assist in resolving operational issues when needed.
- Assist in preparing account performance updates, campaign tracking, and operational reports.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related majors.
- Previous internship, organizational, or project experience in operations, account management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or creator management is highly preferred.
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and able to identify issues, propose solutions, and follow through independently.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable handling operational tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce operations, creator management, or product assortment is a strong plus.
