As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouses.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for inbound and outbound stock movements.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
- Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to management.
- Support planning for stock replenishment and transfers based on inventory data.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in FMCG or beauty industry is a plus.
