Job Description
- Responsible to assist buyer team related administration and data entry for Data : Promotion, Trading Term, Product Listing, Supplier Registration, Monthly closing, Merchandise.
- Assist supplier when Buyer is not available
- Meeting room arrangement
- Accommodation arrangement for store visit
- Broadcast All Announcement regarding new store updates to supplier
Requirements
- Fresh graduate of bachelor/diploma degree in Business, Administration, or a related field or Final years are welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is must.
- Good Communication, Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Able to full time working hour and WFO.
- Willing to commit 1 year internship.
- Able to speak in English.
- Domicile in Tangerang area.
