International Publication Support :
• Prepare, translate and rewrite related manuscripts
• Ensure and improve material readability
• Read translation copy or proof to detect and correct errors in translations (e.g., spelling, punctuation, syntax)
• Coordinate translation/proofreading/formatting activities within unit
• Provide material/paper formatting/layout support for Faculty Member
• Search Publication and Submission support for Faculty Member Papers
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
- Able to perform effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Strong teamwork and self-management skills
