Job Description
- Prepare, review, and process international transaction documents.
- Handle administrative support of contact for international clients, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and overseas business partners.
- Assist with payment reconciliations, process export-import invoices, and coordinate tax/duty documentation with the Finance team.
- Maintain accurate internal data related to international business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in professional written and spoken English is required.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

Each year PT Ultra Sakti launches new innovative product. As sales grow up, PT Ultra Sakti now has 3 plant site (Pulo Gadung, Semarang, Cikiwul, Cipendawa), and 2 dedicated warehouses (Pulo Gadung). PT Ultra Sakti plant site certified for Good Manufacturing Practice: CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat Yang Baik) , CPOTB (Cara Pembuatan Traditional Obat Yang Baik) from BPOM (Badan Pengawasasan Obat Dan Makanan/Indonesia National Agency Drug and Food Control).
