Job Description
- Assist in maintaining internal communications platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter, Google Space)
- Develop articles to amplify corporate activities and initiatives
- Support other business units by assisting internal communication requests
- Coordinate, design & load relevant and timely content for social media and email
- Review, proof-read and edit the content of the internal news
- Work on the delivery of internal engagement for a variety of projects, e.g. posters, social media, and videos
- Contribute to RedDoorz’s corporate mission by supporting the communication & engagement projects
- Research and write internal emails and news stories, including stories about our amazing people
- Upload and refresh content across our digital channels
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from any major
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Bahasa
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Have previous experience in managing website content and social media tools, which is preferable
- Be curious to learn about internal communications and employee engagement and gain experience in a busy and ambitious team
