Job Description
- Examining, investigating, and reviewing internal records, to ensure legal compliance with state statutes and internal regulations and conducting internal audits for program economy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Analyse data, identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Undertaking internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives.
- Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value.
- Challenging current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement.
- Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up.
- Playing an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices.
- Communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the company.
- Prepare Monthly Internal Audit report to management.
- Review compliance with ISO procedures in Axapta and outside Axapta.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting from a reputable University. With GPA Min 3.0
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (ERP) & databases.
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
- High attention to detail & accuracy and Initiative & proactive.
- Organisation and time-keeping skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate risk, plus implement solutions.
- Excellent reporting skills
- The ability to keep calm under pressure and think objectively, especially when there are tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Honest, good leadership, problem solving oriented, discipline and friendly personality.
- Willing to travel Jakarta – Cilegon or other place if needed
