Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in internal audit or a related field.
- Proven ability in Risk Assessment & Management and Internal Controls Evaluation.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation and Audit Planning & Execution.
- Strong knowledge of Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge and Financial Reporting Standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Experience with Audit Software Proficiency (e.g., ACL, IDEA) is highly preferred.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, with strong Report Writing & Presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated PROBLEM-SOLVING & CRITICAL THINKING skills.
