Job Description
What you'll Contribute on:
- Lead internal audits across departments to assess controls, compliance, and risk.
- Evaluate financial controls and identify risks for accurate reporting.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential red flags ; ensure that insights to emerging risk and controls are identified and managed.
- Act as a point of contact for external audits and regulatory reviews.
- Foster a culture of integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you need to have:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Possess minimum 3 years of auditing experience, ideally in financial auditing.
- Demonstrate knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and risk management.
- Be proficient in using audit software and performing data analysis.
- Have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and internal controls.
- Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Manage time effectively and collaborate well across functions.
