Job Description
- Determining internal audit scope and developing annual or periodic audit plans;
- Performing and executing audit cycle, including risk and control management over operational effectiveness, financial accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Evaluating the effectiveness in design & execution of the company's internal controls, including entity level controls over corporate governance, operational compliance, as well as controls over accounting & reporting processes;
- Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc. within internal audit scope or specific audit purpose;
- Preparation of internal audit finding report and present to Board of Directors, and whistleblowing in case of frauds or management overriding;
- Identifying significant control deficiency (if any) and proposing solutions for remedying control deficiency, and helping business teams to reduce or mitigate risks;
- Filing and archive of internal audit documentation;
- Daily & routine review/monitoring of operating activities.
Requirements
- Candidate shall be with bachelor's degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, etc.;
- Shall have at least 2-3 years work experience as internal auditor, public accountant with CPA firms; experience with Big Four (PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte) is preferred;
- Knowledgeable of internal audit standards & methodology, risk management, SOX framework & requirements;
- Fast learning capability and interest in keeping track with latest laws and regulations, especially interest in fintech sector and regulatory updates;
- Excellent attention to details and acumen to review large amounts of data and numbers;
- Critical-thinking skills to gather all of the available data and reach conclusions;
- Strong communication skills to work cross functions within the company;
- Proficiency in office software of MS Excel, PowerPoint;
- Proven problem-solving abilities and multiple-tasking capability;
- Proficient in English speaking, reading and writing as well as Bahasa Indonesia, especially in formal writing.
