About the Role
The Integration Solution Delivery Analyst will support merchant integration projects from planning through Go-Live by coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and resolving issues. This role requires honesty, empathy, and agility to ensure smooth delivery and a positive client experience.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Coordinate assigned merchant integration projects from planning through Go-Live, ensuring key activities are completed according to project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support transparent and collaborative project implementation and delivery.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and agilely coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients and provide timely updates throughout the implementation process.
- Ensure project activities follow established SOPs, checklists, and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, implementation reports, and project updates with integrity and attention to detail.
- Gather client feedback and communicate relevant insights with empathy to internal teams to support product and service improvements.
- Monitor project performance and prepare updates or reports on key project results accurately and transparently.
- Support continuous improvement of implementation processes by adapting to challenges and identifying opportunities to improve project efficiency and client experience.
Requirements
What Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Implementation, or Client Success.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a transparent and collaborative approach.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with an agile and solution-oriented mindset.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with project management tools; knowledge of API Documents is a plus.
- Basic understanding of system integration or SaaS products is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused with strong empathy.
