Job Description
Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the official distributor of K18 and GHD brands in Indonesia.
We’re looking for a driven and passionate Integrated Marketing Manager to take charge of our brand strategy and execute marketing campaigns that will shape the future of haircare trend in Indonesia.
If you’re a marketing leader with a deep understanding of beauty brands, creative campaign execution, and digital marketing, we want you to join us on this exciting journey!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge: Create and implement annual marketing strategies for K18 and GHD across all channels (Professional Salon, E-commerce, and Modern Retail).
- Own the brand voice: Boost brand awareness through innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships with KOLs, media, and influencers.
- Drive engagement: Oversee and lead creative marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and bundled offers.
- Maximize social media impact: Curate content strategies and manage social media platforms to build deeper connections with our audience.
- Master campaign performance: Manage budgets, track ROI, and ensure every campaign drives measurable sales results.
- Mentor the team: Lead and develop a talented team of marketers, creatives, and designers to achieve collective goals.
Requirements
You’re the Right Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a fast-paced environment.
- Agency experience is a plus, especially with beauty brands.
- Proven track record of working with beauty KOLs and media in Indonesia.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand strategy.
- A data-driven mindset: ability to measure and optimize campaign performance for better ROI.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide your team toward achieving common goals.
- Self-starter: You thrive in an environment with little supervision and know how to manage your own time and priorities

- Your marketing campaigns will drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- You’ll boost sales conversions while optimizing the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
