Job Description

The responsibilities of a Prudential Insurance Business Partner are:

Attract Clients: Find and connect with potential customers to offer Prudential’s insurance and financial products.

Provide Advice: Help clients understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Sell Policies: Guide clients through purchasing insurance policies and ensure excellent service.

Build Relationships: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to meet their evolving needs.

Achieve Targets: Meet sales goals and grow your business effectively.

Market Products: Promote Prudential’s solutions through networking and marketing strategies.

Learn and Grow: Attend training to improve your skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Leadership: Work towards building and mentoring your own team of agents in the future.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in any fields

Open to new opportunities and willing to learn new things

Communicative, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and positive attitude

Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus
