Job Description:
- Create content outlines, storyboards, and detailed learning scripts for interactive modules, animation videos, and video shoots.
- Design end-to-end learning flow, including course structure, objectives, and user journey.
- Monitor product quality and revise materials based on feedback, testing, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with product development and client teams to ensure content is engaging and aligned with learning goals.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Educational Technology or a related field.
- Familiar with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) concepts.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Docs and Google Slides).
- Basic experience in creating content outlines, storyboards, or learning content is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to structure content clearly.
- Able to join immediately and willing to work on-site at Look Media’s Workshop (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta) → Paid Internship.
