Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to engage with leads and customers via phone, email, and online platforms. This role focuses on qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and driving sales conversions while supporting the wider sales team.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via calls, Whatsapp, emails, social and online channels.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to build and grow the sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads and assess customer needs before handover to field sales.
- Build relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
- Present product information and explain value propositions clearly.
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to support the end-to-end sales cycle.
Requirements
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills with ability to handle objections.
- Comfortable with phone-based and online selling.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Friendly, sincere, persuasive, hardworking and resilient under pressure.
- Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet sales KPIs.
