Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Analyze incoming product requests and stay updated on industry trends, supplier innovations, and competitive product analyses to deliver relevant and high-quality testing.
- Conducting the stages of product development including the literature study process, designing a laboratory-scale trial formula, evaluating prototype test results, and monitoring the stability of the trial product.
- Identifying formulation issues and complaints to design effective product formulations and adapting to trends to drive impactful solutions.
- Working collaboratively with Product, Formulation and related functions to ensure that all aspects of the Innovation align with organizational objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports to support new product launches.
- Ensure that all activities within the lab follow safety protocols and regulatory standards and calibration is carried out in accordance with the provisions for the tools.
- Ensure the calibration of laboratory equipment is carried out to maintain measurement or testing accuracy.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Pharmacist.
- 1-2 Years in Product Innovation / Development field, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Having strong interest about cosmetic/skincare/jhair products.
