Job Description
- Optimisasi dan standarisasi kebutuhan produk dan proses injection mold dari awal hingga akhir / sertifikasi.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim Injection Mold Engineering dalam meninjau desain dan menyempurnakan mold, hingga proses serah terima mold (dari divisi Engineering ke produksi) dan bertanggungjawab atas isu-isu terkait mold.
- Melakukan assesment proses dan resiko, serta menginterpretasikan data.
- Merancang, menjalankan, menguji, dan meningkatkan sistem dan proses yang menunjang kualitas output terbaik.
Requirements
- D3/D4/S1/S2 Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering atau setara.
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Injection Molding/mold specialist (Mold process, mold systems, mold flow, setting parameter injection molding, shrinkage analysis).
- Mampu menganalisa data statistik.
- Memahami proses yang berhubungan dengan standar dan peraturan terkait health-safety.
- Manage team untuk mencapai target dan membuat improvements.
- Dapat menggunakan aplikasi CAD/CAM (Solidwork atau OnShape).
- Dapat berbahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan).
- Bersedia untuk penempatan di Salatiga.
