Job Description
JOB DESKRIPSI :
- Membuat rencana anggaran biaya, analisa harga satuan, dan gambar kerja
- Mempresentasikan rencana pekerjaan yang akan dilaksanakan
- Melakukan perencanaan dan pengawasan terhadap proses perbaikan yang dilakukan agar sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang disetujui dan sesuai dengan target waktu penyelesaian
- Membantu mencari kontraktor atau supplier yang dapat membantu pelaksanaan proyek
- Membuat laporan terkait penyerapan budget
Requirements
KUALIFIKASI :
- Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil
- Memiliki pengalaman di bagian Infrastruktur diutamakan.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang konstruksi minimal 3 tahun, memahami mengenai metode kerja, perhitungan struktur dan dapat membaca gambar kerja
- Dapat membuat budget, volume pekerjaan, analisa harga satuan dan RAB secara akurat dan detail
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SAP 2000 atau software teknik lainnya
- Dapat bekerja efektif sesuai jadwal kerja
- Memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi
- Bisa melakukan pengawasan pekerjaan di lapangan dan laporan pekerjaan
