Job Description
- Assisting the implementation of all policies made by company which are related to the Labor Affairs function
- Fostering good relations with Tripartite (between companies, trade unions, and related institutions)
- Assist in the collection and settlement of the Debt Collector
Requirements
- Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law with min GPA of 3.00.
- At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills: Employment Law, Communication & Negotiation Skill, Legal Drafting
- Having PKPA & UPA's certificate
- Placement in Cakung, Jakarta Timur, and willing to take business trips.
