Job Description
- Manage all aspects of Industrial Estate operations and management, including Customer Relations, Government Relations, Environment, Water Treatment Plant, IPKL, recurrent income, infrastructure, and operational and workforce efficiency.
- Resolve consumer complaints regarding units that will be handed over in a timely and effective manner
- Coordinate with internal and external parties as well
- Monitoring IPL security and administration (billing and collecting) as well as handling complaints
- Create an effective maintenance and security program
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years experience in the same position
- Excellent using MS. Office (especially Ms. Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good communication and presentation skills (in Bahasa & English)
- Good project management skills and high-quality, successful project delivery
- Good reporting/documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders
- Result-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to drill down to details
