Job Description
- Manage and analyze IE data (MPP, productivity, line balancing, PPH, MMC) across multiple Pratama Group sites.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support management decision-making.
- Monitor production efficiency and drive data-based improvement and standardization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel to sister companies to support IE projects and data alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in manufacturing or footwear industry.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of IE concepts and tools such as line balancing, MPP, PPH, MMC, and related productivity metrics.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority
- Willing to travel to multiple sites within Pratama Group (mostly placed in Serpong).
