Job Description
PT. United Family is a leading confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and services to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam as Import & Logistic Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Import Documentation: Handle and verify all necessary import documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to import regulations and HS Code classification. Liaise with customs authorities and resolve documentation or shipment issues to avoid delays.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, oversee warehouse operations, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare logistics and import reports, maintain accurate records, and track transportation and import-related costs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-efficient logistics operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in import processes
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of HS Code classification and customs compliance
- Proficient in import regulations and logistics management
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Ability to manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
