Job Description
-Check and ensure all supporting documents are complete
-Update baseline dates in SAP related to Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging
-Scan and attach invoices to the corresponding SAP document numbers
-Prepare and issue invoice delivery receipts for customers
-Organize and prepare documents prior to delivery
-Monitor and check the delivery receipt status of sent documents
Requirements
-A detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with accuracy and precision
-Proactive and efficient in handling daily tasks
-A fast learner who adapts quickly in a work environment
-Comfortable using Microsoft Office for data processing and reporting
-Disciplined, responsible, and driven by a strong desire to learn and improve
-Ready to commit for a 6-month program and grow with the team
