Job Description
- Responsibility to compile and implemented according to the timeline of project.
- Develop the curriculum. syllabus and training modules base on results of the gap analysis
- Design assessment tools in accordance with the specified competencies.
- Implementation the Assessment from Preparation until recapitulation
- Compile and update training materials such as preparing slides, making videos, podcasts etc. for training and development programs.
- Monitoring the Magang Merdeka & Preparation for the Next Batch.
- Documenting and being involved in the implementation of HR projects such as Apprentice Program, Community Workers Program, Magang Merdeka / Kelas Industri Internship Program and Certification Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant major.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Learning & Development Specialist.
- Fresh Graduates with internship experience are welcome.
- Good Communication in English
- Passionate in Learning & Development
- Highly Motivation, attention to detail, creative and digital mindset.
