Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management of the HR Department.
- Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling and disciplinary issues.
- Responsible for all HR activities and make sure that all company regulations/policies to be in line with Company Regulations.
- Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes.
- Providing HR report to the Management. Especially payroll reports.
- Developing and managing effective communication with employees and with external parties such as related authorities, HR vendors etc.
- Any other HR-related tasks when required.

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
- Having experience in HR matters, preferably in a retail company.
- Has minimum 5 years of experience in the related supervisory position.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills as well as negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a team and under pressure.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneDrive) is mandatory.
- Main work location: Duri Kosambi, West Jakarta.
