Job Description
- Developing short-term and long-term Human Resources (HR) planning strategies.
- Designing recruitment processes and conducting interviews for potential staff to support company activities.
- Proficiently managing and understanding teams, actively listening to concerns, and conducting evaluations.
- Understanding and adeptly analyzing labor laws, especially those related to employment contracts, work procedures, payroll, and employee attendance management.
- Preparing and analyzing the training and development needs of employees.
- Utilizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for employee management.
- Building and implementing the company's work culture.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or any relevant major
- Have 3 years of working experience as HR Lead/Manager (Administrative, Training, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Operation and Service )
- Understand about recruitment, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, & attandence employee
- Familiar with current Labor Law/Regulation
- Detail oriented, good communication, and able to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and leadership qualities to inspire and guide training staff and teams effectively
- Placement in Malang, East Java
- Can join immediately
