About Role
- Involvement in various practice areas within Human Resources ie People Hiring and Development, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Industrial Relations
- Develop and drive HR strategies implementation to align with business needs and objectives
- Manage end-to-end talent cycle from talent acquisition to determine suitable talent needs through to talent management and development
- Direct Report to CINO&CEO
- Manager Level (5-10 Years Experience)
Requirements
What we are looking for :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree / Master's Degree in Human Resources / Psychology/ Legal or equivalent
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Human Resources
- Able to analyze and optimize HR Strategies
- Critical and logical thinking
- Strong decision making
- Employment Legislation, Policies, and Procedures
- Strategic Human Resources Planning
- Employee Engagement and Retention Management
- Able to adapt to fast pace digital environment
- People's advocate
