Job Description
- Serve as the primary HC Business Partner, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
- Oversee a robust L&D function, including learning curricula based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA), coaching programs, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of five specialists across recruitment, payroll, and L&D.
- Drive innovative initiatives to maintain and exceed our high employee engagement benchmarks.
- Maintain and refine comprehensive HC policies, procedures, and systems built from the ground up.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years in Human Resources/Human Capital, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in scaling a company's HC function, preferably within tech consulting or healthcare sectors.
- Expertise in Talent Management, L&D (including TNA and competency metrics), and strategic resource planning.
- Strong ability to work independently while effectively managing a multidisciplinary team.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (GPA 3.5+ preferred).
