Job Description
- Strategize the full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Oversee accurate payroll processing and ensure full compliance
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs
- Manage performance review systems and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business or related field with professional HR certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years HR experience with 2+ years in managing team
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HRIS and Ms. Office
