Job Description

  • Strategize the full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Oversee accurate payroll processing and ensure full compliance
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs
  • Manage performance review systems and employee development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business or related field with professional HR certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience with 2+ years in managing team
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and Ms. Office
