Job Description

  • Leading the HR team in carrying out its duties and responsibilities
  • Together with other Divisions, create strategic planning for employee recruitment and training
  • Together with other Divisions, create, organize and monitor SOP
  • Together with other Divisions, ensure that the Company Culture runs and becomes the foundation for every work activity
  • Together with the HR team, organize and control employee absences, salaries, and incentives
  • Together with other division leaders, compile and monitor employee KPIs
  • Make regular employee reports and evaluations to top management

Requirements

  • Communicate, negotiate, problem solve and think analytically in employee relations
  • Minimum education of S1 all majors, preferably from human resources or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience as HRD Supervisor/Senior Officer, or a minimum of 5 years as HRD staff
  • Have a firm, confident, responsible personality and pay attention to details in building a comfortable working atmosphere for employees
  • Proficient and proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint)
  • Dynamic, persistent, honest and responsible for targets
  • Have good leadership skills
  • Understand employment laws, Job Creation Law and industrial relations
