- End to end recruitment process
- Culture Implementation
- Work load anaysis & technical competencies
Requirements
- Undergraduate student from Psychology or Industrial Engineering (having specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology will be an advantage)
- Good understanding in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel (work closely with data)
- Have a good analysis and logical thinking
- Eager to learn and have a good communication skill
- Placement in Karawang, Jawa Barat

Our customer in not only domestic market (Toyota, Daihatsu, Nissan, Astra Honda Motor, Mitsubishi, etc) but also overseas including Italy (OZ Racing), Hungary (Suzuki), Japan (Toyota, Suzuki, Nissan), Malaysia (Perodua & Isuzu) and Thailand (GM)
