Job Description
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns across various channels
- Help ideate, create, and execute content for social media and employer branding purposes (including content creation, social media post design, and copywriting).
- Manage HR documentation, simple data tracking, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Participate in ad hoc HR and people-related projects as needed
- Identify and handle simple operational or process improvement tasks to support team efficiency
Requirements
Education:
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (2nd year – final year)
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent English communication skills (professional working level)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Ability to create visual content using design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platformsWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working remotely and collaborating with diverse teams
- A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to contribute ideas
