Job Description
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Mainly scouting & recruiting.
- Strategize talent acquisition outbound method by using relevant media platforms.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging technical test submission & interview.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
General Affairs
- Maintaining company's employee database
- Arranging employee benefit program (BPJS + Private Insurance)
- Manage company's quarterly performance reviews
Requirements
- Min. of 1 year in Human Resources domain
- Self-motivated & highly-driven
- Passionate about learning new things
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, result-oriented
- Independent and ready to go extra miles
- Critical, detailed, and meticulous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
