Job Description

  • Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
  • Assist with organizational changes and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
