Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment from creating job descriptions, screening resumes to finalizing offer;
* Performing various administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner;
* Assisting in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures;
* Answering employees’ questions and provide requested information;
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise; and
* Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
To qualify the role you must have:
* a bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent;
* 3 - 6 years working experience in HR generalist role;
* a high level of initiatives and an ability to work unsupervised;
* an ability to prioritise work in an organized and thoughtful manner;
* a strong work ethic and moral code;
* a high level of attention to details;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Excellent administrative skills;
* Good knowledge of labour laws and regulations;
* Competency in Microsoft Office; and
* Good proficiency of English.
