Job Description
- As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a strategic advisor and key partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Your role will involve aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting workforce planning, fostering a positive workplace culture, and implementing learning and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience handling operational multifunction HR such as TA, Training, Learning, Talent Management, OD, TR, and HR Administration.
- Independent dan fast learner
- Confident and have good communication
- Good in English conversation and writing
- Contractual for 4 months only (replacement for maternity leave employee)
- Available work from office at Cilandak, South Jakarta
